I liked the ending, I think it was logical that two of them didn't end up together however I feel that it lacked many things to take into account, such as dohyeok's character and redemption arc as well as siwoo's character. I felt like I needed more of a growth of both characters, instead of going in circles with dohyeok and siwoo relationship.
I agree so I think it wasn't such a great idea to explore these side characters in the side stories and leave all these loose threads unless you plan to make a sequel to it. What's the point if you're not doing it? It's not like we're dealing with such a grandiose plot where an open ending seems the most fitting choice.
I think that the guy who Giyoon called Young master is probably the ghost manager and the manager itself. Let me explain, maybe this spirit who he calls young master split in two, one half is ghost manager being like this obscure and obsessive part while the other half is the real manager who is his human counterpart. Making sense why the ghost and the manager are connected because they are the same being but separated in two. Idk that's my guess about the two of them. The other red eye ghost maybe is the demon who haunts in the building and as the years past he probably grows stronger cause of the souls of the ones working there. Idk lmao
