the way people are talking about the art style made me think it would be painful to look at but it is actually fine.... nothing totally special but nothing terrible either.

Its caelus(white hair) and Phainon(Blue hair), And in the main story of HSR(the game where it came from) Theres one scenario on the main story line i think in HSR that confirmed that Phainon have an Evil counter part. Thats why theres 2 phainon in here.
