I really enjoy the slow-paced story and care a lot about the main characters. I just want them to be happy, especially with the lovely family aspect. Even though they struggle to communicate, I believe their love will be incredibly sweet in the end. The characters expressions speak volumes, adding depth beyond just their words - I just love it.

The ML seems conscious of his attraction to her, yet the FL seems oblivious to her feelings for both ML and her in-laws. And despite ML's fondness for her, he grapples with guilt over his actions, having been involved in her death twice. That's why he's unsure how to even handle these emotions, uncertain about the appropriate actions. (This struggle was evident with Selphie as well.) The ML has been yearning for love since childhood, yet he found himself only entangled in war and death, lacking a true understanding of what love is. Let's just wait and see. I know their love will cause diabetes for us readers later hehe

So, I got a bit upset LOL, that's why I checked the spoilers. No need to worry – nothing major is going to happen to them. The pretty singer is a MALE (I kinda knew but still) It's just that Sigren decided not to spill the beans for a pretty shit reason, which honestly ticked me off. Here's a rough translation of what Fiona said that lightened my mood:

My apologies for my pettiness but after that incident, I'm contemplating whether the male lead is still worthy of the female lead, haha. Clearly, communication isn't his strong suit. Maybe I'm just overly protective of my amazing female lead, not wanting to see her hurt in any way. It's just that she got hurt because he can't use his mouth bruh.

If there's gonna be fuckin communication drama/misunderstandings I'm gonna get pissed lmao. I don't wanna see my FL get hurt AT ALL!!!!!!!

Can someone translate the novel lol. I don't understand shit reading this. I've also heard that the unnecessary rape scenes aren't present in the original novel at all, which makes it more confusing. I enjoy Yaoi, especially in this captivating art style, but I don't appreciate it when it alters the story's context.

Like I'm pretty sure the author approved of all that, but if there were no explicit scenes in the original, why not just write some after they've fallen in love or something? Why include so much rape/SA in the beginning? Apparently, the novel ML only kissed MC and his wings, LOL. It seems the ML shouldn't be portrayed as such a jerk at all (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Furthermore, the world building was apparently explained much better in the novel and the beginning arc was heavily shortened and in some parts, even skipped. It's such a shame because from everything I've heard about the novel, it had the potential to become a true masterpiece. And the art is fantastic. They both look absolutely beautiful.

I'm sorry to say this but in my opinion, this series should've ended a long time ago. It could've simply wrapped up with Wolfgang and Shin's marriage. I'm not sure why it's still going and it feels like the author is just dragging the story out. Season 1 was already fantastic on its own, a masterpiece honestly. Season 2 was alright but this one...I'm not sure.

After taking a peek at the raws, it's evident that the storyline remains stagnant, with the MC constantly mired in misery. So, I've made the tough decision to discontinue reading this.

I must say, it's been a while since I delved into a manhwa featuring a rather obnoxious and underachieving male lead, and surprisingly, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. His bratty and blushy demeanor adds an unique charm. I'm eagerly hoping for a swift character development for him. Equally, the female lead has won my admiration; her strength and resilience is so admirable! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ And I can't help but mention that the artwork is simply impeccable!
