hmmm... plot seems underdeveloped. also i got the ick when leehak said himself he was leaving clues here and there about him, and just the story in general making kyowoo's "scavenger hunt" a big deal. author wanna make it seem like the investigation was necessary, but then the two also communicate well???? and leehak says to kyowoo, "just ask me", but then you know he's sniffing around, and you can't open the convo up yourself??? thats the inconsistencies which is why after the story i cant really grasp the relationship of this two. all i took from it is that leehak is an enigma wannabe and kyowoo is just the typical uke

this manhua is my indicator that plot matters much more to me than the art, though i do think the overall effect of the experience of reading it would be greater with beautiful art. not like manhwa art style but something that follows the flowy-ish art here. i do have to admit that the og art here already suits the story and adds on to it; however, it's something you'd see in the draft stages, yknow... feels like the artist just colorblocked and stuff

i know i might be shooting the gun too soon since this is still ongoing but i genuinely believed they would talk things through on that bench. and by that i mean alllll the issues. why even set up and show in detail the issues on their relationship? well mc's at least, what the fuck is ml's problem? am i the only one who thinks him being out of the blue cold at the littlest things manipulative and odd behavior? even i as a reader who got to read his pov is still clueless at the way he acts. and worse, he knows that it affects mc, yet does nothing to fix that behavior. although tbf, mc hasnt talked to him about it, but still
i thought they were supposed to hold a meeting before each time they enter the arena??? where are the consequences of minsu ignoring that? i thought they'd at least address it in a meeting yknow, because it's such a big deal, the kids can lose their lives. like i get doing away with that during the second time if minsu will explain to the parents, but the first time, they need info yknow.
