Sys said that all of the guards are at least 15 years of age (that's the youngest age that he will hire them) and I want to say that he is a few years older than Shin
Took me a while to find it since they are just said as a pass by, but I found them. In season 1 chapter 34 when they are talking about how Sys's men are disguised under his "strange pastimes".
In season 2 chapter 11 (page 4) Sys says where he gets his men from and that he hires them at age 15.

I know in the being of season 1 they're like 12-13 but near the end of season 1 they look a bit older, has it been few years since Dedanlion death, anyone know how old they are at the end of season 1?
I think they are 18-19 years old. They had a time skip before Dandelions death NOT after, which is five years cuz Dandelion was 8 when he first showed up and in the time skip he was 13. I think they didn't have a time skip after the little one's death because they were planning this coup d'etat for a long time. Assuming that Wolfgang and Soohyuk was 13-14 years old before the time skip. (you know...during the time when the king attempted to r*pe Soohyuk which haven't even turned 15) So yeah, 18-19 years old near the end of season one.
