Insane plot twist but I honestly figured as soon as it was discovered that the bewitching of characters wasn’t supposed to be long. He genuinely likes her and it’s pretty sad because I’m pretty sure it’s unrequited (?) considering Anita’s Trauma with loving Royalty and the fact she’s ANCIENT.
