It’s been a long time since I read this, but I don’t remember if the cat ever stated the extent of her powers and what they are in full. I don’t think she can just “know” everything without being told, unless she at least tests her limits like in the most recent chapter.
Technically in this translation the cat said that she specifically does not hold the power of a diety. She is powerful but the cat made it clear its nothing compared to God.
