All in all, I liked cocoon of the heart. It started off rusty, but this really said "trust the process." I wasn't going to continue But it caught my heart because I could relate to it. Development is key here, and although I hated Jeff at first, I've grown to like him. Even if his love for Terrence was based from guilt, it stemmed into just wanting to see him happy. This was a great read. I think the title fits this comic well. Both of them are blooming into realization on how they feel, what they want to do, how to carry on with life and just figure things out. And that cocoon was that barrier that kept them from doing so but with the time they spent together, they helped each other realise things, and brought each others hearts out of their cocoons, enough to bloom into butterflies.
Ah I can't wait to see the little shit mop hair looking brother to think he has the upper hand and get absolutely CRUSHED by the end of this.
