Sorry but it's not monogamous or polygamous? Not sure what you call that but as you can see what the guy's doing is still cheating from the start it's not a proper monogamous or polygamous etc. Cause if it is the guy needs consent of the first wife before getting a second wife. Or like introduce the other woman to the wife. Lol
