Why would she react? And to what purpose? Her self esteem is rock bottom, and she has literally no one's support. Not even that of her mother (even though she is protecting her from the shadows).
When you are beaten down to the ground for as long as she has, what courage would she have to stand up for herself? Even if she did, it wouldn't matter. If anything that would only make the bullying worse because no adult would believe her and the retaliation she would receive would be hell.
We already saw that those bitches are sneaky in their bullying, not leaving physical evidence for her to report. Likewise, we've already seen teachers who are actively ignoring the bullying. In fact, that choir oppa must be fucking stupid to not realize who is the one being bullied.
