i think this is the first time i’ve cried whilst reading a manhwa.. this whole situation is so painful and i pity all of them. the duke who loves his wife but can’t bring himself to truly show it because he believes he can never get her heart, and that his love will only bring her more misery.
the duchess who had to give up her freedom to marry someone for the sake of her family, which resulted in her becoming depressed to the point where she even resented her own son. and the fact that she died filled with regrets.
and of course the son who never received love from his mother.

lol, the characters' coloring are very very bright and it feels quite unnatural, but it's also fiction so i can't really complain. i think the art is decent enough. not the greatest, not the worst.
i think some pages of chapter 29 is missing? it kinda ends weird and the next chapter starts in a completely different setting..
this kinda reminds me of the fishman arc in one piece... even if the wolfs are attacking the humans i can’t help but feel sorry for them because of everything they’ve gone through
this is so cute and i’m both happy and sad that the dad took the hint after the prince said “your son” so instead saying selena he said “my child”. i was kinda hoping for she would get exposed but this is way more emotional and sentimental so i’m more than fine with it

the saddest part is that it’s stared off so well and it has so much potential, but after the first misunderstanding (idk remember what it was again) it went down hill for me. the unnecessary drama really ruined it. they should have just focused on either his trauma or the school situation because it kinda became messy when everything happened at once
