Honestly speaking, I've been this manga's fan for many yrs, about 5 or 6 yrs since I first read it as well watched it. (。-_-。) and you know what, it's the longest and slowest manga I've ever been addicted 。・°°・(>_<)・°°・。as I remember, it took around 200 chapters or sth until Ren decided to kiss Kyoko (just thinking about that scene makes my heart skip a beat ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆ ) but whyyyyyy????? only that scene and no progress at all????!!!!! plsssss Sensei!! make it faster, I'm dying here (_ _).。o○ Onegaishimasu!!! Same here. I've been following since I was 16 and now I'm almost 23. I've never kept up with a manga for that long before. I'm actually starting to lose interest because there's been almost no development. Like I barely notice now if there's a new update or not. Yea we got a kiss (somewhat) and like the backstory with her mom but I want a little more. Like maybe a confession from both of them telling who the other actually is. Like Ren is Kuon and Kyoko is Bo the chicken who has helped Ren in his distress times. Also telling each other their feelings of love. That's most important.

yeah, it sure is damn irritating having to wait for 1 month to get 1 chapter....==" but I cannot abandon it no matter how hard I've tried (¬_¬) even though I've ignored it, I still come back to look for new chapter every 20th day of the month (⌒-⌒; )

Same here. 1 Chapter a month does get tiring. By now I mostly read it because I have committed so many years to it that I want to at least say I stuck through it to the end. I'm hoping that by the end it'll be worth it. A pretty good incentive to keep reading is my imagining of how it's gonna go down when Ren and Kyoko learn about BO and Kuon. Can you imagine the mortification and denial that's gonna happen? lol it makes me cackle (≧∀≦)
haha....trust me! I believe when that time comes, it might take at least two or three chapters before they reach that stage, I mean the confrontation might take at least two or three chapters since this story is so very slow....(¬_¬)

I get what you guys are saying....but I have seen plenty of mangas that had good character development...and then they started rushing. By the end, it just felt so unsatisfying. I like that the mangaka is taking her time to flesh out the characters and tie up all the loose strings. It fascinates me how well she ties everything together. When you reread this as often as I have you start noticing...things mentioned in the early chapter, are suddenly brought forth waaaay later. Like Ren's birthday present. So yes, it is a long wait, and I often worry that something will happen so that I will never get to see the ending (I've already decided if I die before the end, I am going to come back as a ghost and haunt one of my fellow fans until I get to read the last chapter...so be warned ;) ), but I still feel it is worth the wait

you're right, I'm also afraid something happens that makes it a forever uncompleted manga >_< for this manga, it sure takes time to fresh out the character, but the story was too slow that I almost forgot what the story in the previous chapter is about....(ー ー;) so before I started the new release one, I have to read the previous one first (¬_¬)
well, TBH, I don't really like the love between human & robot since one will leave and left behind his/her love and that's gonna be so saddddd.....however, I really appreciate this story and I wish there'd be a store for renting/selling such handsome lover in reality....<3
"Papa-chan likes Shizuka-chan better. Shizuka-chan likes Papa-chan better. Because they always greet each other again and again more than they do with Botan."......hahaha....poor Botan
