So basically the blond guy and the black haired dude were in love with the mc since high school. The black haired dude and MC started dating in April, and on April 28th (which is the 1st chapter) the mc and the black haired dude were walking home and the mc got run over by a car. The black haired dude didn't got hurt and watched the mc lose consciousness while begging him to help him, but he didn't help the mc because he was in panic or something. Then the mc woke up in the hospital and find out he lost his memories of April (maybe because he felt betrayed by the black haired dud and wanted to forget his memories with him), and the blond guy used this in his favor and told the mc that they were dating since April. So now the black haired dude is scared to tell the mc the truth about their relationship because that means he'll also remember that the black haired dude didn't gelp him when he almost died.
