Okay Okay, it was hard to get a graps on the whole situation, but I think I have the picture of what the tea is - do correct me if Im wrong somewhere.

So, some person from America (I think) had made an AU of the characters, then the Author had been pissed about it, which escalated to her fans attacking the person who made the AU.

And I'm just gonna throw this out here but Korea is a very xenophobic country (of course that doesn’t apply to every korean person)

- The tweet the author posted made it seem like she was not pissed about someone making an AU but that she was pissed about it being a foreigner - But that could be a mistranslation from twitters (X's) google translation thing. Cause many people have sent screenshots from the post claiming that she isn't appearing as someone who is xenophobic.

Now there is this war on her account where she pulls the victim card, and whether she has a right for that or not- I don't know- Cause again it was hard finding information on what actually happen- I couldn't find the original post- again I'm not sure if this is a 100% correct but this is what information I could find.

I hope someone else can clear this up a bit.

Unless the AU is some fked up sht, why would the author even care?? AU is hella common esp if the characters are hella hot.

it means Alternative Universe- It means that I take the two characters and i want to draw a story about them in ancient time. or I want them to be college students, or live in europe etc. But its not Canon (≧∀≦)

AU = alternative universe usually used for fanfics or fanart

Alternate Universe, basically using author's character on their own stories

the cotext is that she was using another character drawn by the author, and therefore the author didn't like that her two characters were compared
