It’s a manga about a playboy/bad boy seme and a intimidating looking naive innocent uke, they went to an all boys school, the seme took interest in the uke cause he was innocent. The seme taught him some things and stuff and the uke gradually falls in love with the seme, the seme also falls for the uke but was scared of backlash and if his gang knew. The uke learned about this and felt bitter. Everything was back to normal for seme, he went back to his gang, but for the uke however he was bullied and beaten up by the seme's gang, and because of that he didn't go to school for several days. The mom called the principal stating that the uke was missing from the household and need to find him, the seme heard about this and started to look for the uke, he has been looking for the uke for days, until he stumbled across an abandoned building((? I think it was a warehouse or hospital or something)) he saw the uke beaten up and stuff, and in a coma.
