"Kamusta ka po daddy rawr" is just "how are you daddy rawr (animal sound haha)" "po" is a word added for respect for your elders and "opo" is "yes" but is the respectful way... and " Ano daw? Utak ko talaga haha" just says "What did they say? My mind is really-" the sentence is stopped like that but based on what I've read the tone or accent in the sentence specially the word "talaga" makes the sentence complete in tagalog. It just means that the TL's mind is getting really dirty because the dialogue said *You Came*
