So did She Li in a messed up way actually like Mo? As a friend or something at least? It kind of looks that way. Either way though I’m fine with how this went. I don’t find his interactions with She Li fun. He always seems so serious, angry, and solemn. With He Tian he is so vibrant. Angry, blushing, shouting, excited, sad. He shows a wide range of emotions with him. It’s like a roller coaster ride. With She Li he is always serious or angry.
She li doesn't "like" Mo. He has just an unhealthy obsession with him that's all, there never was "love" "like" or "crush. She Li almost killed Mo so many times and hurt him.One thing clear he never had feelings for Mo only saw him as his possession but luckily it's not like that anymore, Mo doesn't fear She li anymore even all the trauma She Li caused him. Mo now has He tian who he can rely on and trust him also learn how to love again (˘◡˘)
Jian Yi is so precious. He always gets so easily flustered by Zhan. They’re the type that could end up married for years and he would still blush and hide his face when he looks at Zhan.
I’m just a casual reader and I’m not leaning in any particular direction. But if Kaya is the endgame in this I hope the author gives him character development because his thinking towards Ranko is twisted. Particularly the part where he doesn’t seem to want her to have any friends while she secretly does want to have friends. I get the part where he gets jealous and stuff. But going as far as to not wanting her to have friends or involve herself with anyone at all except for himself is a lonely existence. Maybe he changes later. But as far as I read Kaya seems to want her to have nobody but himself in her life.
On a brighter note I love that Zhan and Jian Yi are being included in this. The friendship aspect of 19 days is just so nice and equally as important as any potential romance. Even Zhan woke up with a bitter expression. He’s actually sad over Mo the guy he once fought with. Their friend is hurting and so this arc will likely have all 3 together try to help him and in the end their bonds will be strengthened.

He actually likes them. He enjoys hanging out with them. He’s just suffering because he’s poor, starving, and it’s just him and his mom.
To leave a friend in his situation alone is to abandon them. He should not be taking on adults work and killing himself like this.

Something satisfying where they give up and we get to see the character regret, maybe feel jealous, and try to win them back?
Since this manga didn’t really satisfy in that regard. Masa doesn’t look over his old crush and we don’t get to see him really fight for Shige and prove himself.

I understand his need for money but he is just a child and to waste his youth away working instead of making memories with his friends is a sad thing. There should be another way instead of him working jobs that pay peanuts to survive. I’m not saying he’s wrong for being upset but his way of living is no way to live. If only there was another adult around to help him and his mother.
That how life goes some people doesnt have the privilege to enjoy their youth and it gonna be difficult for them to find any help since they got (wrongly accused) criminal dad. Also i think he got paid as full timer while working there so its not exactly peanut amount and even if it is they still need that money to survive. And additionally this take place in china where government policy to help those in poverty is basically almost none existence
I still think as far as harems go this one is better for a few reasons:
Ryu isn’t a bland self insert. He has his own eccentric unique personality and is actually attractive when he’s not making creepy expressions. I can understand why the women are attracted to him unlike those harems where the girls are built, stacked, gorgeous and all fighting over a guy with the body and height of a 12 year old.
The author actually dares to keep it harem and not just go for the obvious main girl. With those other harems I always think why give people hopes for the other girls if the obvious main girl is gonna win? In that case don’t make it a harem just do a regular romantic story.
Those other harem manga will all blend into each other like Nisekoi. But this one will stick with you and the characters are more unique instead of walking tropes (tsundere, oblivious black haired male lead, nice short hair big boob side chick who won’t get the guy).

If all the other hints that’s been said doesn’t make you believe what about this (ex Jian Yi disappearance on the second day of HS):
He Tian is begging for help from his bro (big blow to his pride-he almost never does this)
Why? Because of the transfer. But if he’s 18 or older couldn’t he just say no? Why can’t he? Likely because he is under the age of 18.
But he lives alone right? His brother likely pays for everything. All his money is likely from his family. Do we ever see him working? Does he even have a career or job? All that richness probably isn’t even his own. In the end he is a kid who everything he has comes from his family whether he hates them or not.
This manga just seems like a giant mess and I wonder how things will get resolved. Also it’s kinda weird how nobody is telling the adults anything. He’s in a bra taking photos for an old man..I think it’s time to tell the parents.
