I read it and he was calling out woojung's name repeatedly. I'm thinking that chapter is where they have sex maybe? I have no context unfortunately so I have no idea if that's the twin brother posing as him again but one of the lines that stuck out to me was "I've never seen Woojung make a face like this." referring to his erotic/embarassed face. It makes it seem like in that chapter its real.
