I think the hero actually died for playing a game 2 days straight when he tried to get out of the house and now, he's reviving his last delusion in that nightmare of a game.
This manga was kinda good in 2008 but now, it's not really worth reading or re-reading. Every event and every chapter are really too cliché.
The worst thing is that i actually really like this manga, reading it when i was 12 or so.
