I think I might just skip this drama. It doesn't even make sense. Let's say, ok, supposedly he didn't flirt with his best friend because he wasn't sure whether he liked boys or nah, and we can accept this. Korea is not very welcoming towards lgbtq+ people, just like many other countries. Ok, I can accept it. So he'd rather stay with the mc as a friend rather than completely lose him due to maybe different povs on homosexuality. Yes, ok. Still, now he found out that his best friend likes boys. So that means that during all their childhood mc could've developed a crush for him just like he developed it for his current boyfriend, but he didn't. Simply because mc didn't like him...unrelated to gender. Now what makes him think that mc will leave his current boyfriend for him? Like wtf. Like why do we need this. No people irl actually behave and act so fucking stupid, so WHY do they always do this in manwhas. This obsessive best friend thirdwheeling trope is SO boring. Like on god. You could've shown interesting development WITHOUT introducing a random crazy guy we had no hints about earlier in the story. He was asspulled, I dare say. Like it ruins the story, and it's boring. I'm sorry, I'm just disappointed. Ok, not like the rest of the story was THAT good nd healthy or anything like that, but still, NOW this is too much... and, I wanna address the fact that both mcs could just... talk. "Oh hey your best friend wants to pursue you romantically and it makes me uncomfortable" like it's THAT easy. But no. We gotta go through this butt clenching angst that will lead us nowhere. I get it, author needs to publish more chapters and get their bag. I respect that, man.
Yes, I was indeed bored and decided to yapp.
