I haven't read it, but I've seen enough of it to feel justified for saying this:
First of all, this is disgusting, and if you wish to argue with me on the whole "it's just a manga, it's not real" thing, then feel free, but that's not gonna change what I feel about this. I say the same about manga encouraging rape, abuse etc. Just because it's not real doesn't mean it's okay, and you can't say it won't encourage this kind of behaviour in people because of that. Simply showing something like this in such a positive and light-hearted image desensitizes people to the reality of it, which is that it's pedophilia, and it's wrong.
And secondly, if you think that this is okay because it's cute and bubbly, then at what point do you think it's gone too far? Is it when it becomes hentai instead of ecchi? Or when they adapt it into an anime? Or who knows, maybe it's too much once they decide to make a live action? The truth is that this is something that should never be represented as "romantic" or "cute" or "wholesome". If something like pedophilia is ever used in media, it should only be shown in a negative light, as a disgusting crime that is almost always forced upon the "child" by the "adult".

I don't really like the protagonist, her personality's incredibly annoying. Also, her train of thought, and the way her mind works is way too complex for a 5 year old, so it feels unrealistic. It would be better if she was a reincarnator or a transmigrator, so it could be believable.
