I kinda think he IS the real Humin and "irl" life was just a coping thing his brain did so that when he came back he wouldn't be so traumatized and could have his happy ending.

My other WISH/HOPE is that the mc is both Humins and that he was the og mc went to his world came back will resolve the plot, go back to his world and his friend will be the ML with all the memories of their "book life"

I've made a book club that just hit 200 people centered around stories found here. We're doing weekly stories to read together, weekly vc events every Friday, I post daily stories and manga related questions, you can ask for recommendations and we have frequent manga discussions in general. We are currently voting for the next Story of the Week.

Yall are insane. Wdym "this chapter gave nothing" like this isn't one episode? This gave a bit, yall just don't pay attention. First of all you complain when it's going too fast, complain when it's going too slow. If you don't like it, quit.

- JJK's shoulder is still recovering but he said fuck it and helped KD. Feelings aside, he still wanted KD alive and gave him CPR. Your take is up to you. I'm pretty sure he also carried KD on his injured shoulder.
- We found out how JJK found KD which is unsurprising, but Potato sent like, several photos. JJK was crazy for looking at wach individual photo for one face (he's desperate)
- We also found out that KD is indeed not suicidal, but the intoxication had him mistake the ocean for the hospital. Clearly his mental state is not sound.
- JJK drove out till midnight to reach KD's town. Again, desperate.
- JJK is under the impression that money is what drives KD. He's hypocritical because not only does he hate when people give him useless things like luxury brands, he also hates it when people use him for money-- that's why he developed a mindset that money solves everything
- KD REJECTED JJK HELLO?!? WASN'T THIS WHAT YOU ALL WERE WAITING FOR?!?!
- KD yanked out his I.V drip. As a physical therapist, he should know it's dangerous for himself. I think at some point he expected something from JJK but JJK bombed it with the money statements. He didn't apologize, but at this point, I don't think KD would believe in it
- THE PARALLEL: Remember when JJK walked out on KD after the spray incident, leaving a trail of blood? This time, KD walked out on JJK

My takes:
- I felt that KD just wanted to get away from JJK. He asked questions from him, almost as if he expected some kind of deeper connection since he used to have a crush on JJK, but JJK absolutely killed it
- JJK needs to change. He hasn't changed yet because he still thinks he's right and that KD used him for money. He's never been rejected before, so this episode really is one step towards him figuring out what he wants from KD. He says that KD will never be able to pay his debts with him, but JJK doesn't care about money. He wants to keep KD but he's doing it unnaturally. It's not right and he needs to see that.
- This is character development in both of them. Idk how it's gonna play out, but we'll see. People need to stop complaining lol. If you still don't believe me after this, ya'll need to quit reading and find something else "not toxic" or "red flag". There's plenty out there. Need recs? I'll give you some.

For all the people that were Saying the main character was wrong for not following his friend and weird for him to engage in a relationship with the main lead.I respect your opinion but I still disagree, It all sounds like a younger person's perspective. But I guess you live and you learn. when you gain more life experience I think you have a change of heart and change of views About relationships in general. Weather platonic or romantic or familial. You will figure out while friends are important some also don't stick around your whole life .There is a season and reason for everything. All friends are not good friends. Just to point out Why would he chase after him When he slapped his hand away told him to basically leave him alone and not to Follow him. What more of a sign that you should not engage with that person for the time being. Even if he wanted to it's a good thing the main lead stopped him because it could have been way worse. Side note Let's talk about It being weird and not right for MC to be with a friend's crush, so because MC isnt aware of anything about his friend having a crush on the main lead and has a relationship with ML they are both trash/weird . You wanna talk about weird...thinking that MC should know better When He doesn't know anything at all to act accordingly. What is also weird is to expect something from other people but the rules dont apply to you. MC tells friend everything about what's going on in his life but it seems friend(npc) doesnt reciprocate.he has not said anything he does not divulge anything to his so called friend. There are people in this world that play in your face act as your friend but in actuality you are just a pawn to be used. They have set up this main character to be gullible and very naive. The truest form of a cinnamon roll. Seemingly not astute in everyone's eyes. As a friend you think he would be there to tell him What it is and what it isnt but no he does nothing until he can benefit from it. At least the ML is telling him the truth be it in a blunt way the MC is able to try to better himself.



Sorry for the rant it just that It irked me that quite a few people had that opinion of this particular situation. I know its not that serious.

So I finally finished this novel, here is a spoiler. So there were 2 books, one book <silence> and the other one is a unfinished MC's drawing book (the non-omegaverse world)

They are the characters of the novel <silence> hence that book was their og life. So after all of the tragedy and abuse MC suffered what drove him to the corner the most was the death of his child lee seo.

after he had miscarriage he gave up on life and tried to unalive himself several times and ML groveling in regret ask what life mc wants he will make it come true, after that MC started to draw/paint again he was painting what life he wanted in his drawing book, a life not bound by fate, a life where ml is comfortable and a life where mc followed his mom instead of his father.


Fast forward, so ML's family and Villain's family made a pack that ML's family should not harm Villain's family. But ML didn't keep that pack cause Villain's family kidnapped MC which in middle of rescue ML got shot and died then MC also unalive himself.

Both of them died they transmigrated to MC's drawing book the non-omegaverse life, MC has no memories of novel silence but ML has his memories intact. so ML was stalking MC to the library and he stumbled on the novel <silence> which was exactly the same as their life and the characters are them too so he kept that book. Later he realize they were living in MC's drawing book cause only the area where mc is, will have color and have moving people if he leaves the people will turn into "puppets" and the area will loss it's color so pretty much everything is fake.

ML was also aware it's the drawing book cause he saw that drawing book and it's actually this drawing book that he wanted to get rid off when called his secretary to get something from Huimin's studio in chapter 27.

So for 7 yrs ML endured his longing to have relationship with MC and stayed friends in MC's fake ass world. He tried to confess several time but always there is something that will interfere it's like his only role is "friend" not beyond that.

So they were almost at the end of the drawing book which was in new years where MC will celebrate it with his mother, ML doesn't know what will happen after they reach the end of the drawing book so he asked Mc to spend it in overseas instead cause ML felt that if the book ends He will be erased, then MC refused to go to overseas that's where ML couldn't handle his bottled up obsession anymore, he told MC that he will twist his fate as long as he can have what he wants (mc)

So ML sneak the novel to MC's belongings in hope they could go back to their original timeline and he can have MC back.

That's how MC got in the novel.
As for the author of silence idk who that is, cause the last page was torn.

- How did MC found out the truth -

So after resolving every conflict In the novel MC knew, he finally accepted that he loved ML more than his previous world so he gave up going back to that world and have a child with ML, so they did snu snu to try get MC pregnant after a few months MC was having stomach cramps so he wanted to go to the hospital and see if he is pregnant. ML said no, he has to come with mc and MC was stubborn saying what do u not trust me (well something like that) their little fight eventually led to ML saying MC should stop his therapy session in which angered MC cause he felt that ML is belittling his efforts on trying to understand himself. So he went to ML's study to search for a book about amnesia or split personality he couldn't find any he speculate that ML was hiding them so he went to ML's safe and entered his birthday but the birthday that work was his birthday in the non-omegaverse world, so he was suspecious about the ML then he found his drawing book inside and the novel in ML's safe box. That's where MC realize that his friend and ML are the same person and that ML knew everything and he felt like a idiot being cozy in the prison ML created

To be honest I kind of expected it. Jin has always had a more violent side so it was only a matter of time before he snapped at Matthew as well. I had hoped that maybe this wouldn't happen but I was wrong. Jin's reaction, however, is valid. It feels like everyone is out to get him and Matthew was basically his safe space. Then, out of nowhere, his comfort person starts drugging him for days. I would have reacted the same way. Jin was honestly all over the place this chapter and I kind of liked the direction it was heading. Until now, we've mostly seen Jin as unshakable, not caring much about his past, but now that his past is coming back to haunt him, it's interesting to see how he reacts. I'm really looking forward to what happens next.

On the other hand, people should cut Matthew some slack. He was obsessed with keeping Jin safe. He got a job to ensure Jin wouldn’t leave, so he did everything in his power to keep him inside the house even if it meant drugging him. I’m still confused as to why he kept on fucking Jin while Jin was in and out of consciousness, but whatever. The more pressing question is where he got the drugs from. In my last comment I speculated that they might have been an antidote from the doctor but now I'm starting to doubt that. I think there’s something deeper going on with Matthew. I doubt the author will keep him innocent. Maybe Brandon himself provided the drugs who knows? I’m excited to see where the author is taking his character.

In conclusion, they are both toxic for each other. There is, and isn’t, justification for their actions. Personally, I can understand both of them. They each had valid reasons for doing what they did. One thing is certain though this chapter has left a tear on their relationship that will be difficult to repair. Jin will most likely not attend Matthew's exhibit and Matthew will obviously be disappointed further tearing their relationship apart. It will be interesting to see if the author decides to give them a happy ending or not. Honestly, I think a happy ending for them will be hard to achieve. Either one of them will die or they will split completely.

I was and am always on hyesung's side. I knew there would be some toxic community that only want the best for BYUL only. When this story is even exist BECAUSE of hyesung. Without him growing up with that kind of shitty environment, without him being so strong to survive with NO ONE helping him, THERE WOULD BE NO BYUL, NO DOJIN AND OTHER CHARACTERS.

Please, don't say anything unless you're thinking with your brains. I rarely involved with these things but it's pretty disappointing to see judgements only on one side. I didn't say your thinking is wrong, but the fact that you only say what you wanna see, that's the part I'm talking about.

Oh! To My boi hyesung, you grew well and your actions is understandable. Follow your heart sweetie! You're stronger now, with your 'true' family!! Don't lose sight on themmmmm :')
