How do you remain motivated?

Good luck to countries in war.
Its impossible for Iran to bomb the U.S based simply on where it is geographically, its most likely going to continue as a regional war in the middle east like how it was with Iraq and Afghanistan but the common denominator in all of this is the U.S and Isreal

Anxiety
I'm always constantly anxious to the point where I have stomach issues (tmi) and there's no extreme reason for it other than my anxiety is always there. Theres always extreme dread just sitting in the pit of my stomach and I try to to occupy my mind by watching a movie or doing something fun but I can't even focus bcs I feel so restless. ☹️☹......

What's your future plan?
I graduate highschool in a month, lowkey was depressed senior year because I didn't want to go to college and do engineering so I didn't apply to any unis, I'm taking a gap year from my original plans and studying abroad for a few months and then I might become a foreign language teacher probably, or network somehow and marry rich lol
