Social anxiety
you can't! hope this helps serious note genuinely exposure therapy is the best way. Force yourself to join communities, talk to people, find ways to surround yourself with people ex a job in customer service etc. Imo medication helped me the most in my case it was ocd that led to ruminating thoughts after every social interaction.
