I appreciate that the author was able to explore this type of plot while also making it very clear that pedophilia isn't ok. Hence how even Ukai was uncomfortable with his appearance, how we made sure to prepare the gunbars, and how he constantly reminded himself that he was a full grown man with only the appearance of a kid. It was weird as hell, but I gotta give respect to the author for their approach.
