You can use PayPal on the app, from the app store not Lezhin Plus from their site. I'm not sure about iOS but that is the case for Android.
If you're able to purchase from the app, I would suggest you buy them using the Korean settings. The Korean site sells almost double the coins for half the price. The price in won would automatically be converted to USD if you purchase that way. It might be a bit difficult to navigate the app in Korean but it's worth it.

Hi, can someone help me find a specific yaoi title? It was about two brothers, twins, who looked identical when they were kids. The younger brother fell in love with the older brother, and tried to make a move on him, resulting in the older brother calling him disgusting (or something along those lines).
