I don't usually comment but I don't get what all the nasty comments about the authors writing capability and the ending are stemming from? Did we not read the same story...? Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but damn yall are complaining like you commissioned the story and it fell off. The author tried their best, they could've abandoned the story. If you don't like something, then drop it, simple as that. This is the problem with open endings, people can interpret it however they want. No, Dooshik and Jooha did not die in the end. The trauma (both physical and psychological) Jooha suffered caused the amnesia, however cliche it might be...BUT him re-experiencing that trauma over again by falling into the frozen body of water brought back his memories "Good to see you again". And while Dooshik apparently can't swim, the author did not say Jooha couldn't. They're fully capable of swimming back up together. Aside from the unnecessary rape and twin incest, I think they wrapped the story up as well as they could and the art was top-tier. Even though the story had its many downs, I was still left with a bittersweet and hopeful ending. Anyway...hopefully in the side story there will be more happy moments for them.

Thank you for your words. Like you, that was my interpretation. I choose a happy ending. To be honest, I liked it when we couldn't comment.
