PLUS there is the fact that Arlo wasn't actually all that clear. He never threw John off the top of the roof as he WOULD have done before he recognized him as a God tier AND as John rightly pointed out. He's also not done a lot of other things that he would normally have done if he HAD actually been clear, some of which John himself had already pointed out as well. It's not like Arlo was being abused. In fact it looks like it was the other way around. Hence my comment to that other person.
It's also common knowledge at least for people like you and I that we can have friends that we can't trust and enemies/rivals/acquaintances/frenemies that we do.

I think he realized he made a mistake, too, maybe, in deciding Hee Bum was dumpable. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he thought, "Well, I'll focus on studies now, and Hee Bum will be there when this isn't the priority anymore."

Woah, for the first time in forever, I'm fine even if one of the boys ends up with Jumi. Though, I hope,if it had to be shoujo, that Hee bum ends up with Jumi. Because he needs someone like Jumi to be by his side. But, whatever's fine. As long as everyone happy, then I'm okay.
I want one of the guys to end up with the girl for once. I can't believe I just wrote that. The girl usually is annoying in most stories with boy/ boy love, but Jumi is my favorite.
I love her character. I feel she would be great in a relationship with one of them, or maybe with an even better guy. Crazy as it is, I'm actually going to to route for the girl/ guy pairing for once.
