For health reasons and anatomically speaking, it wouldn't go through the stomach, more of it irritating the canal and tissues inside causing the stomach ache from different factors:
1. Air (from pumping) = gassy and bloated
2. Salt content from C or the C itself (it's not supposed to be in there, your ass would react to foreign stuff = irritation)...... reply
