I would say that I hate children... but then I see Anya and Sy-on boy and realize I don’t.

Okay so my theory about the meaning behind this is something about her being molested.

It starts pretty simple to understand, her mother had left and now she lives with the wolf, her dad/uncle which at first raises her normally, but after she became a teenager he started looking at her sexually (possibly acts sexually) and it really creeps her out and makes her feel dehumanized. This is because of how it says how he wants to 'eat' her and how he looks at her strange and she really hates it.

I think it's possible that the girl that they ate was a rape victim from the wolf AKA dad/uncle. Then shortly (days/weeks) after that he raped her too. (How she was 'eaten' by him), but then she murders him from all her hate and resentment.

After she finally kills him, she feels free because she no longer has to suffer from the trauma. She feels like a new person, a normal person like the child she once was and wants to return to the innocence and purity she once had. (All about her talking about returning to the normal world and being born)
