As someone from Brazil, the idea of debating if flip flops are nice to wear or not is so weird, lol. If I could I would just use flip flops in almost every occasion, aside from heavy rain or really cold weather.

Okay, a transgender character showed up and I'm afraid of how the story is going to portray her. She was already deadnamed a couple of times and she is usually drawn in a more ridiculous manner, so yikes. The commentary about her souls being female was okay, but i fear for the future...

I feel like the husband just had a lot of insecurities and the affair was just a consequence of this. Like, he liked the other woman, because she seemed helpless, so he could feel like the protector in the relationship. And since the MC is more independent and confident, he didn't feel like he was needed, or something like that.

You got it exactly! I'm not surprised it ended like this. The ex husband felt emasculated/like a loser, so what do men like that do to feel on top again? Get a new woman that they feel "above" whether it be due to age, financial status, etc.
