I feel you, I had so many problems with weight, and it got out of hand. I've tried to lose the weight, what works for me best is to make smoothies, 2 meals are smoothies, full of vitamins, fruits, veggies, nothing bad for you, no milk, (instead almond, soy, or coconut) and no sugar. And the other meal is a salad or something healthier with less cal......   3 reply
