Yes she is dead in her own world, no she's not a vampire as she didn't want to , Millard knows about her real world now, she can't go back to it now as her soul got to her body when the priest took out the vampire darkness. When she dies, Millard will also dies after her death as it's a vampire vow/curse that's why they waited so long to get marry to make sure. Her body got transported there her soul didn't till later on. Hopes that helps :)
