I want to make my assertions on what the heck if going on this town but there is simply not enough information besides the vibes being off. I feel like everyone in the town has their eyes on Guwon for the fact that he is a beast of nature and probably requires planning and collective attack to take him down physically. I believe they’re working on something to take him down, but are waiting for the right moment and I believe the Teach is their moment.
Guwon probably has his guard up all the time and is also keeping eyes on the towns people. However, if his time is spent on focusing on someone or something that might give them a bigger advantage. Not only that but since the Teach has walked into the picture, they might find ways to manipulate the Teach in order to manipulate Guwon and I feel asking the Teach to ask permission to use the medicine could be a test on how effective his words are on Guwon. But that is my best guess on the situation.
Either way, this story has gotten more interesting.

Ik no one is gonna agree with me, and some of yall might disagree, but I actually liked his short hair. Even though I understand why people like when he has long hair, in my personal opinion, the short hair was my favorite thing in his character design and it made him distinct. I just hope the long hair is there to serve a narrative purpose and isn’t a staple of his current character design( ̄∇ ̄")

Tabin makes me so unbelievably angry. I’ve never had so much anger for a character in my life until this fucker waltzed in. Why the ever loving fuck is he at her house??? Why can this man ever take a single no???? She is out right telling him to get out and he little fucking entitled ass does whatever the fuck he wants! I’m so so so damn tired of this man and his blatant disregard for Sami. Every time he does something that disrespects Sami or his attempts to isolate her from other people (aka her friends), it’s like running nails on a chalkboard.
And I get that this is his character and that’s what he’s supposed to be and that I can leave and stop reading the story because of him. But at the same time, I don’t because I want to see Sami succeed and get closer with her friends and so on! It’s just Tabin is infuriating to watch and I wish he fuck off a cliff!! And some part of me feels insane because sometimes I read the comments and see barely talking how terrible this man is??? Like am I the only one losing my goddamn mind???
Legitimately I hate him so much as a character. Like I feel like he doesn't add much to the plot and is just such a piece of shit. When he's not needed at all. He "likes" her but pushes her around and genuinely I am losing my fucking mind over this.
Yes!! Thank you! My exact thoughts because he just slows down the progression of the story, or at least, the relationships between the characters which I understand is to create conflict and drama. But most of the time, he’s not fun to watch either. Usually villains do bring some level of entertainment where you enjoy watching them but not necessarily condone or like the actions they do. However, for Tabin, none of it is entertaining and is nothing but a drag on the story. His pretty privilege is clocking in 24/7 because I swear he would not be this tolerated if he look average or unattractive.
And he's only used for conflict, when in reality there's already so much of it going on with Sami's parents, and her running away, and the drama of two guys liking her.
