I personally DON'T think it's been dropped. The scanlation group has a lot of projects, and the one who does all the omegaverse projects is pretty passionate about it. The omegaverse releases... I think they buy the tankoban (complete volume) rather than the monthly releases because of better quality and stuff. The tankoban is actually a compilation of chapters from DIFFERENT omegaverse stories - like a magazine. Or maybe it is something like a magazine, idfk. Sorry. Omegaverse is a new project by bexboy, though. A special side project with a theme - that sorta thing.
Anyway, each release takes a few months, as you would notice if you bother to read the translator's notes. I think it's simply not been released yet, or maybe just recently released or something, which is why it's not done yet.
Nah, actually, never mind what I said. They're probably just busy. The omegaverse volume does come out monthly afterall (I checked). The last chapter was the July issue. Idk what's going on, and for some reason, I'm unable to delete my previous comment. Sorry for spamming you, friend.

Ahh. I saw a news on ig that they will release a new chapter. But not quite sure about it.
The scanlation group announced they are on hiatus for all their omegaverse projects. So no one knows when they'll be back. Sucks, but ah wells
