Read it now, you don't even need to read all of it until you're updated. Tbf there is like +200 chps (easily) that are fillers or side stories. Just finish the main story and decide whether or not you want to read these side stories (so far there has been 5 new couples if I'm not forgetting anyone, and everyone of them as had like 20 chp each or more)
