(or was he always and omega and was just hiding that fact????).... and yamagi was never a beta he is an alpha son of a prestigious("powerfull") family and he was pretending he was a beta just to be close to hibiya???..... did I get it right??? And how did he turn to an omega when he was a beta????? (=・ω・=)
Hibiya (and everyone else) thought he was a beta. Turns out he was actually an omega, who somehow suppresed his genes until a late age (they were only triggered after Hibyia was stung by the bee - which was a second for him, so maybe the first time he was stung was actually what caused his genes to be suppresed to begin with, maybe a chemical imbalance or so). Yamagi was always an alpha, he only pretended to be beta so he could work with Hibyia, since only betas were allowed in his group ヾ(☆▽☆)

You're not stupid. This is my fourth time trying to write this because Firefox hates me today. The others were longer. To answer your questions: nope and they've never had sex. Whenever Ryouta is mean or sexual those are just hallucinations because Acchan feels so guilty about the accident. When Ryouta's eyes are swirly, which is most of the time, he's basically helpless. We've only seen his eyes darken a few times in the manga. That's probably close to what he would have been like without the accident and amnesia. It's more of a back to your old self kind of thing, not a double personality. So, basically the helpless Ryouta we see is real and the sexy cruel Ryouta is all in Acchan's head. Real Ryouta doesn't even remember what happened. Hopefully this helps a little :). Let me know if anything is unclear and I'll try to help!

Since the sword is a demon sword, I think she took all the balls the sword absorbed and made it a ball to eat. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
