i read this manhwa a few years(?) back. it was about a younger man who falls for an older office worker. the older guy is adamant on keeping the relationship under sex-only but the younger guy wants more.
the details are vague but there's this one scene where the younger man is talking to his co-worker/friend about it and what he should do and he basically ends up thinking that he should end the relationship altogether. might not be accurate tho.
