Ok... So remember when they were explaining to honey that their world wasn't really rewinded but somesort of new or parallel world they are merging with the past? Its the time he finds out about his original brother's body being out there somewhere. They also mention that some people are more sensitive to this change or fiddling with time and it was hinted that SJH was one of them. In the novel this whole time during the rewind SJH has been feeling off, most especially when he is with honey pot or "his item" so finally in this chapter he finally notices that time has indeed been changed or broken as mentioned in the chapter. And the one who talks to him is himself from the 5 years later before the rewind who was just in his sub consciousness. But since he noticed that older SJH, he was able to take over and is now the hottie with slick back hair who doesn't seem to remember his item and is terribly suspicious because on his timeline there was no honeypot or at least no famous honeypot he was just a loser brother of a guildmaster.
So then after this they both have a battle in the mind realm i forgot whose subconscious they do this at but they do, and our honey pot is rocking it coz he has experience in that thing with Diarama??? (cant remember the name of the big guy he battled before that tortured him) . So anyways They strike a deal as honey usually does and he gets pregnant that's pretty much what happens next ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

just to add: as far as i remember, it was in SHJ's subconscious that they fought. he had to convince this "older" SHJ to give in so he can get into his subconscious bec "older" SHJ was desperate to regain the memory of the SHJ that lived in the rewinded timeline. he battled with the "past" aka the current SHJ that he knows aka not slick back SHJ. they strike a deal and he reveals that he rewinded time through "an item" and SHJ was able to figure out the rest because he's very perceptive like that. also the only reason HYJ revealed about his past was because SHJ in the subconscious (aka the SHJ that he knows) mentioned how he wouldn't even be able to remember what he says in the subconscious realm.
