I really don't remember the details but it's a school setting, the main characters meet when the seme is a first year and the uke is a third year. The uke is stylish and actually looked like he was going to be the seme at first because he was older and taller but he decided to be on the bottom. After he graduates they keep on seeing each other and the uke grows up in height. Can't really remember much else
