If these are questions before you read : The seme has assaulted him, mentally abused him, humiliated him, purposefully destroyed his life from childhood and on, and we are 60 chapters in and he STILL is trash that never apolpgized. An apology wouldn't even be enough with how disgudstng he is lol. Don't read it if you expect a good redemption story!

Lol ... He is not red... He is biggest black flag...but almost everyone's favourite and of course one of the most famous bl manga top.... Bcz the writer is a genius and his character development and the way he is so damn savage, he got that much popular..
He did rape him and he doesn't think of a thing about it and when the uke called him out for it and said he hated him to death that day he spiralled so badly he killed 2 innocent ppl on the job and couldn't fathom that the uke hates him, it didn't make sense to him at all cuz he believed that the uke belonged to him. I cannot explain how and why i'm still reading this, ENJOYING the hell out of both of them, cos i've dropped and cussed out other BLs with similar red flags. But it's just something about the story and mains Leads that draws you in.
Side note: just thinking about it now and i think i'd rather just have a chaotic charismatic unapologetic psycho, than a ML who "regrets". Always with the "regret" (with some sob story or stupid reason for said actions) after constant unrestrained abuse. its actually way more toxic than this story, cos the apology doesn't fix jackshit. Probably way i enjoy it and stuck with it. I think you should try it, the shooting etc happen quite further into the story. You can drop it if/when you please but don't skip out on it without trying (●'◡'●)ﾉ
