So the dad resigned but the whereabouts are unknown but I think he was arrested (remember the scene where Dr. Baek and Hyeon is having their session with a recorder on, where hyeon spilled everything. After that, the brother thanked Hyeon - denoting that they have now the evidence against the father. we all know that the hyung also hates their father)
Overall, this was a decent and realistic ending where there's no really a happy or sad ending. It's just - life goes on.
