WE STAN TAIGA NOW. Taiga in ch.1 vs ch.17? COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND I'M HERE FOR IT!!! I'm so happy Rin and Taiga found love within each other. Taiga would be a broken man if it weren't for Rin, and same vice versa.
Taiga realised his mistakes pretty early on in the story, and I'm pretty sure he believed that he was "fated" to be alone and unhappy for the rest of his life. and when he found out that Rin was fated to be with Koaru, the person that took his own fated pair (Yu) from him?? Wow I still thought he was an ass, but I felt so sorry for him.
SO HONESTLY WHEN RIN ACTIVELY CHOSE TAIGA IN FRONT OF KOARU IN CHAPTER 17?????? MY HEART JUST BURSTED!!!! BURSTED WITH PURE HAPPINESS.
This manga takes everything about omegaverse, and shed a new light on it in a good way!! I love how the "Fate" trope is shifted, and that the characters decided to believe in themselves rather than "fate" (quoted from Kaoru!!)
The first few chapters are hard to get through, but seriously read up until ch.18 before you make any hard assumptions about this manga. The storyline is so heartwarming and so heartbreaking at the same time, it drove me from happy to sad tears over and over again.
Plus it's a storyline that I've personally never seen in omegaverse so reading it in general was engaging and interesting!!

This manga is one of my favourites and I seriously wondered if it was ever going to be updated every time I re-read it AND I LITERALLY GASPED WHEN I SAW THAT IT DID!!! The new chapters are A++++++ though the end of Chap 4 was ouffff, I understand his concerns but I dislike that kind of trope if only the uke asked the seme if he was sure? bc the uke knew the seme had never been with a guy before?? COMMUNICATION IS KEY MANNNNN
