How to upload new manga

Hi everyone! So I'm kinda dumb lol, I asked admins that if I can upload a new manga as a report I think they accepted but now what am I gonna do like I'm so clueless (⊙…⊙ ) I got they permission then how am I gonna upload it? ╥﹏╥

    Is the new manga already uploaded onto here? And if they accepted it, they should reply to your report and then it should already or be up in a few hours.

    When I search the manga's name I can see it but when i click it it says it's not available yet and the genre is wrong I think it will be fixed in few hours ty (づ￣ ³￣)づ
