holy shit- so okay this is just my guess but maybe in the past our Skylar liked a guy and this guy agreed to make out with him if he wore a blindfold but instead of doing as he promised the scumbag made him kiss some other rando (maybe he was forced by that bully, or maybe he had a crush on Skylar already), and that scarred Skylar forever? So maybe hes found kissing repulsive ever since and with Cirrus forcing him into a kiss that wound obviously opened up and those unpleasant memories came back at once... man if this is somewhere near accurate then I feel so sorry for him

imagine having a man who secretly bought you birthday cakes each year and learnt how to bake AND wants to start a bakery because he knows you love sweets, protects you from the people who hurt you, gets an apartment just so you two won't have to be in a long distance relationship and also gives you the spare room so you have more space, doesn't push you for sex, offers to run out and buy you medicine to relax before your job interview, buys you couple rings and then says that he doesn't have to wear them if you don't want to attract attention, says you're his first love and last love and has wanted to marry you ever since he was a child and also keeps a childhood photo of you two in his wallet... all of this and more while being handsome, smart and rich...i cannot relate.
