hayane dentous stories so far have always told a tale of a woven a love that appears to have pre-empted fate with strings that look thin, but are very strong. their stories also take a modern twist. it isnt "blind love at first sight" that guides their characters, but the desire to figure out and explain their connection to each other.
as a scanlator and uploader myself id prefer the new volume to be uploaded here. whilst it has a different name, its continuing the same story with the same characters. it also makes it easier to understand that vol 1s story is first and vol 2s story is second if theyre ordered like that under one link.
i would upload a spin-off separately because obviously the main characters would be different, but thats not the case here.

jungsoo made a comment about letting yoonseol work with them so that "he'll become disappointed as we work together and quickly resolve his feelings for me." so i think that hes going to show yoonseol and woo-in his body nonchalantly, which is probably very scarred, injured, or is something that he feels is ugly. i think that the scar on his face has always been a hint for this- but yoonseol still thinks that thats sexy as we've seen.
i believe that jungsoo thinks that showing yoonseol his body is the "quickest" way to turn him off and make him dislike him, since jungsoo doesnt realise that yoonseol likes him for his personality and that how he looks is just a bonus. hes too scared to trust and understand people like yoonseol (read: rich and slimey on the outside) which makes sense considering his various trauma and yoonseols track record of being a little bitch lol. but hes getting there, or else we wouldnt be /here/.

this manga has really come into its own. its absolutely met the potential that i saw glimmering but wasnt sure of in earlier chapters. now i know that this mangaka is really good at comedy, and using it to relay profound ideas.
i think that this is an interesting impasse. tagami lacks the confidence in himself as the object of tsumugis love because hes up against hiyama - who whilst wont pursue her, makes tagami question if hes good enough for how he portrays his love towards tsumugi.
now we know that tagami loves tsumugi for being kind, confident, and strong. shes also crazy physically attractive to him. however, he cant put this into words and the general idea to people that dont know them is that tagami likes tsumugi for being fat and that alone. i think he fears that tsumugi thinks the same and that shed choose hiyama because hiyama has a different kind of love language to tagamis that is also admirable. personally i think that theyre both great guys even if their love languages are different.
however, this discourse has brought up a very interesting point for tsumugi. tsumugi, whose entire life so far has been shaped by others bullying her for her weight and her coming to love herself regardless, is loved by a man who likes chubby women. does tsumugi love tagami back because shes finally being desired for being fat? doesnt that mean that tagami could be anybody as long as they desired her?
as somebody recovering from similar trauma to tsumugi, id say that its hard to tell from the inside. i dont have a partner but id have similar questions if i did. the way to go about it is to talk about your feelings with your partner...
...but you cant find the words. they cant find their words. and so painstakingly you must think. wait. think. find courage to talk about feelings that youve had to dig out of yourself. spend time and lose time but do so wishing that you didnt.
thats hard man.
to answer tsumugis question, i think that in the beginning she accepted tagami because he desired her, but also because he seemed to be a good person. she may have been insecure but shes not stupid. she loves him because hes kind, thoughtful, goofy, and even if tagami doesnt know it, she understands his love language pretty well.
most interestingly, whilst ive spoken about tsumugi the most, id say that this issue stems from tagamis insecurities.
