People flamming the mom or defending her, but here I am, not even processing the whole chapter that much after seeing the chapter title "the end" and seeing it at the end of the chapter too... is it the end of the whole story, or just for this side-story? I couldn't even digest the intense emotions in this chapter because I saw 'the end" nooooo

The gif at the end accurately describes how I feel about Yahwi. Right now, it would be for the best for them to just not get together. I highly doubt Yahwi has his emotions intact with his sanity. Jooin isn't a rehabilitation center or his psychiatrist to help him "recover" his emotions (cause I think he lacks those or lost them along the way to adulthood, the man can't even tell emotions aside from anger and horny). It's obvious that staying with Yahwi is more taxing for Jooin than it is for Yahwi. In short, Yahwi is slowly destroying Jooin, if they continued their relationship, Jooin would just be in soooo much pain. The two of them are better off without each other (unless Yahwi changes his ways, ofc everyone will start to ship them together again as if he wasn't an asshole in earlier chapters)

Finally! Lucas, please do something. Anything! Just so the story can move forward, it's so painfully slow right now, it hurts my eyes, my brain, and my heart.
Jeannette is still the same old irritating, ignorant, and "pitiful" girl. When will she ever learn... tho I think her speaking up to the princess and all that is a subtle change in her character. She's finally thinking or asking about the situation. Normally she'd just mope around and make herself seem pitiful because "she only wants family" and all that bullcrap. But now, she's finally showing characteristics aside from the bland ones, y'know? I admit, I still hate her, honestly, I don't think I'll come to like her, but at least she's subtly picking sides. Obviously, she's picking her father's side in this chapter seeing as she believed him more than the people she considered her "family" right from the beginning. She picked the wrong side (cause her father isn't even there anymore) but at least she isn't pulling the "I hope I can be with my family peacefully" shit she always does. But I still hate her. Gotta say that again just to show how much I dislike that kid. Lmao.

At this point, I don't know how the old emperor/Aethernitas (or whatever his name is) hasn't bumped into Lucas at least once. I feel like that will somehow solve quite a bit of the problem. I feel like the chapters are getting slower in pace and not much is happening in the chapters, which is frustrating. I feel like they're stretching it too much that it feels tiring already.
Another thing, I dislike Jeannette. I just typically dislike ignorant characters who are pretty much weak in spirit and physically, the only charm she has is her face/cuteness and her "innocence" and in this case, her innocence isn't endearing at all since it's not helping anyone aside from the evil people who takes advantage of her. She just lives in her own little bubble, just focusing on getting what she wants but doing so in a pitiful way. I feel like the author is painting her as a very pitiful innocent girl to gain sympathy which will make the readers like her but sympathy/pity does not equate to adoration. I don't hate her per se, I just dislike her right now, she's too weak, ignorant, and just lacking any good quality, really. But that's just how I see her. I do understand that she's just a child and she was sheltered but that doesn't mean I can't dislike her. Lol. I dislike how the author built her character.

Agree. Completely agree. And the more they push and push every chapter to make her seem the most pitiful of them all, the more they will distance the readers from her. Korean readers were once her most fervent supporters, but now they all hate her. There wasn't even a single positive comment about Jennette, they want her gone for good. I'm just pissed because all I want is for Athy to be happy with Claude. I hope Jennette will be happy with Anastacious (far, FAR away from them) but the way they wrote her makes it difficult for me to cheer for her. Also why does Athy always have to sacrifice herself while Jennette cries and does nothing? I'm annoyed

Director: "No matter how much I liked someone, I don't think I could risk changing my life to be with them."
*Months after that conversation*
Director: *Injects a vampire's blood in him just so Doyoon won't leave him, potentially killing himself*
Me: *Surprised pikachu face*
On a side note, the waiter and the famous model seem like they will or could be a story that the author is working on.

People gotta start to realize that this is a fictional story. First of all, if you don't like it, don't read it. Nobody's forcing you to read it, but here you are at an illegal website talking shit about reading something that's not to your taste, completely ruining the fun of others, you're just shit-talking, it's not even constructive criticism. Do you also go to the horror genre manga and just say "Ew it's gross! I don't like it, it's so bad because it's scary!" Like, okay? If you don't like it, then move along, no need to yuck other people's preferences. And also, it's the author's story, let them do what they want, if you want the story to go another way the write your own story where nothing like these things happen. Gosh, it's so annoying, it's not even half as bad as other yaoi with rape in it.
"Were you ever in it?" Hot dang Cain pretty savage. This mf becomes fluent in Korean when it comes to roasting Yahwi. Lmao.
