Imma be honest, I have seen some comments that it’s obsession and that he wants to keep her locked etc. That man doesn’t actually understand the difference between love and obsession. He was a war hero for 10 years and if he wanted things he will had to take it and own it. I understand that the way he says things is very strange and obsessive but it could be that he just doesn’t actually understand how to love. Imma give him the benefit of the doubt that he will learn to love and not possess as it takes time for people to learn the difference
