Personally idk why people were expecting character development from seungho he is a lord he has gotten everything he wants all the time all but love, love he saw nakyum give to the glasses guy... he also has a lot of internalized trauma and hatred he doesn’t know genuine love or how to treat people because to he can treat everyone like he pleases or took his drunk and sick actions as a show of development if you read it all in one go you will see it makes sense for him to be scared nakyum is leaving and therefore angry since it’s all he knows anger/rage... I think he has a long way to go and I do not think it is poor writing as some may believe but actually shows people don’t change overnight and not if the haven’t talked their past traumas... also this is not me excusing his behaviour but simply providing a different perspective.

Yes someone told me the exact same thing. That River will end up with Khoal at the end. Which is very sad my heart hurts just thinking about it.
