Maybe it’s just me being delusional but I don’t think guwon had any ill intention.

Like him saying this to the mirror isn’t that surprising to me. He had been quite „weird“ since the very beginning - he always had some sort of god complex. (Noticeable in the very first chapter btw. Also the fact that the others are quite scared of him)

I believe he isn’t disgusted by jinwoo - he might be unaware of the fact that him being nauseous isn’t normal, or maybe he isn’t fully?

I could be very very wrong though!! Maybe he and gusao have been deceiving us haha
