I haven’t seen the tiktok, so I suppose it could just be a fanart, a cover, or just some art panels(?) included in the novels. I have watched Until We Meet Again, and I know that it was adapted from a novel. There’s also a Japanese version of the original story, but I haven’t heard that it got adapted into a manga.
